I am a technology and new media expert and consultant
(independent). Previously, I was Director of New Media at
Transitions Online (TOL); I still consult them occasionally. I have
written for The Economist, the International Herald Tribune, Le
Monde, The
Globalist, Real Clear Politics, Business Week Online and other media
(you can check some of my writings here). I'm also a columnist for the
Russian newspaper Akzia. I'm also on the sub-board of the Information
Program of the Open Society Institute and on the board of
MobileActive.org. I am based in Berlin but travelling
90% of my time.
